We offer 14 day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period, subject to the following conditions:

UAE Returns:

Free of charge.

GCC & International Returns:

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.

All returned items must be in their original condition, exactly as delivered, including tags, packaging, and accessories. Products that are damaged, used, or worn will not be accepted for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return instructions based on your location.

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
